Mid blitz press in solos and challenges. Cover the TE and bait. Or just have your corners do the work. I was struggling with the fumbles though. Put my solos on rookie for a week or 2 and got like 7-10 fumbles a game. You can try putting it on rookie if you want, for the picks. And make sure to do play ball in coaching adjustments

The fg block right auditable to punt safe man worked for me too. I used Tillman on the right side to get his ints, int yards and tds.

I got all mine in squads. Having a couple good users covering the middle and a good safety is havoc. We get 3-4 picks a game unless we play a really good QB

 This is the method I used.

Honestly I get way more INT's playing H2H than solos.  And not all of them are user picks either.
