Idea for a different way for us to spread out abilities amd X factors in MUT
I've been thinking about this and I'm not sure if its better, worse, or equivalent but it seems like am interesting idea so I thought I'd share it.
The way it is now is that you have 3 players on each side of the ball that you can put abilities/X factors and that's it. But what if instead you have let's say three X factors, three tier 1 abilities, two tier 2 abilities, and one tier 3 ability to distribute across each side of the ball as you see fit. So you would have to choose between an escape artist QB and an evasive HB but you could also speed the abilities throughout positions you normally wouldn't waste one of your slots on since you only want one specific ability on them.
Or maybe you could double those numbers and open it up to the whole team. Then you can choose to run an offensively dominant or defensively dominant team by stacking one side of the ball with a majority of your abilities.
I'm sure there are issues with this idea but I see it as a way to encourage the variety of how teams match up against each other and to allow you to try put abilities that you otherwise wouldn't.
