Just keep track of what you used to power up the card....because that's exactly what you get back.
I remember powering down a player once that I wasn't using anymore....thinking I could quick sell the Legend card for training....and to my surprise...I got a PU pass back instead.

This has probobly been answered like 100 times, but i cant find the answer. When you power down a card, i know you only get half of the training back, but do you get the Elite Card back as well? For example, do you get the 91 Bo Jackson card back when you power him down from 92 OVR. Thanks in advance!!!
