Question: scheme chemistry
The following OVRs are before chems. Chems do not affect abilities or other card unlocks.
OVR 70-87 get 1x scheme chem (Zone Run, Lock Down, etc.)
OVR 88-92 get 2x scheme chem
OVR 93-97 get 3x scheme chem
OVR 98-99 get 4x scheme chem
Also, you don't have to put the max on a card. So, you can put 2x scheme chem on a 99, if that's all you need to get to 30/30.
Can 88-89’s get x2 boost for scheme chemistry?
