Guys Bumping Open Receivers Down Field
At some point they just have to do something about this. I loss two games because guys literally committed DPI on purpose making me gun shy and not throw the ball.
Call something on those plays because its just going to be a crutch to guys who can't cover down the field and this game already has enough crutches.
If he is wide open how can he be bumped?
Actually I know what you are saying and it is getting worse. It seems to be spreading through the community and becoming a popular tactic.
Ofcourse, do it. who wouldn't if they knew how to give themselves an advantage when the offense runs plays like pats sails nonstop and its a solid way to buy yourself more time to apply pressure to the qb. but you can only do it to one player hence the staring down one route the whole time comment

I could take the underneath or intermediate route but when you need to go 75 yards in 42 seconds you really can’t dink and dunk.

Game on the line I’m going deep. My receiver is open down the field but he’s literally bumping him all the way down.

if the game is on the line and the defense can get away with DPI then what’s the point of playing.
And yes, not a glitch. This is the first madden that makes it difficult to play as a lineman because that penalty might happen if you dive at the wrong time. Another reason why offense is op
All offense is ridiculous op in this madden, there will always be a hole in ever defense in the game, it’s your job on offense to find it, if someone bumps your receiver, you have to find out routes to go to, it sounds to me like you stare down one route and if it doesn’t work you act like it’s the end of the world
