His 87 PU card has 91 spin move, 94 elusiveness, 93 juke move, and 93 agility, 74 catch.
Add in if you have max tier ZR and WC chems he will have 94 spin move, 96 agility, 77 catch, 93 juke move, 94 elusiveness.
90 speed is not too bad but if you have coach madden he would be 91 speed.
