How is this only a 94 OVR Moss?

Seems kinda crazy to me. Compared against non-boosted Carter who is a 95 but markedly worse, haha.

95 SPD, 94 JMP, 93 CTH, 90 CIT, 99 SPC, 89 SRR, 95 MRR, 99 DRR

EDIT: BPR is also 98 to 91. Like someone else said, ball carrier stats:

BTK 72 to 81, JKM 83 to 84, SPM 77 to 81, SFA 69 (nice) to 83, BCV 86 to 88, ELU 79 to 80, RBK 42 to 57

I posted the other stats, still seems like for a WR, Moss' receiving stats far outweigh. Madden's rank up system is odd sometimes.

Hard to tell without seeing all the stats but Carter has better ball carrier moves and blocking and you can't see those stats here.
