This^ ,  also costs 4500 tp to get from the legend to the 94 is you haven't done that yet

You will be able to bypass the 96 Overall Moss with Training Points, yes.  How many?  Unknown.  Bypassing a 95 costs 17,000 TP.  I’m guessing bypassing a 96 is about 24,000 to 25,000 TP.

Yes, it's the same as the rest of the LTDs this year..  1 week from his original release.. ( so I believe this upcoming Monday) you can bypass his LTD on the power up with TP.. it's going to be a TON of TP so be prepared to have at least 22-25K in TP to do it..
