Build around a superstar?

I played a salary cap season over the weekend. I came upon a few guys who invested most of their cap in a few guys, one being UL Barry. He seemed so much faster then he does in regular h2h. My team is pretty balanced and that has its upside but I don't really have a star to go to in clutch situations. I've had too many wide open guys just drop the ball on 3rd down. Is it a good idea to build around a superstar?

Quote from seanysokko >> Oh yeah, that 95 Luck guy. Kinda pissed at him right now. HAH. (me n Charlie just played a close game that he won with a TD, about 20 seconds left. Good game Charlie)

Haha 😂. I didn’t even realize that was you. That was a good game. You will get a chance to get your revenge back next time we happen to bump heads online. GG buddy. You and your team are definitely tough to play against 👍🏽

I pass a lot and rely on scoring more points on offense to win games, so I invested my most cap on my QB. 95 Andrew Luck, (turns into a 96 with the chems I have). I kinda find comfort knowing that win or lose, the game is in my hands. If I can beat the defense with my QB I win.

I personally don't. I use the 91 UL version of Vick.....but that's about it. You can see my 'old' team in my signature (from when the cap was 900).

I splurge a little on the guys I know I need to run my most common offensive plays....and then I try to get some solid DBs, linebackers, and LE/RE.

It's rather easy to score on Offense....but having a solid Defense is what really helps. You can get a lot of rage quits if you Defense makes a big play to start the game.

All other positions I can care less about (FB, TE2, O-Line, K/P)
