these 2 r the best qbs in my mind ...Montana set the bar and standard..If rules were as loose for him as they were for brady and rodgers ..Montana would have destroyed record books... in Montana's time he rated 93% In Rodgers present day he is 103% .. in fairness can you say Rodgers is that much better ..Of course not.. lets look at the intangibles leadership.. rings mvps ...Close but Joe Cool edges the best present day QB out.. Montana

First off, I really like Rodgers. He’s one of my favorite players of all time and he is definitely one of the best quarterbacks to ever play the game. However, this showdown can only end with one logical scenario: Montana winning. He was an amazing leader and incredibly clutch under pressure, combining these with a dangerous skill set to put his team in the best position to win.

 Rodgers takes checkdowns a lot especially when going to Cobb or the Runningbacks, best 3rd down run scrambler(especially late in games) for first downs in the NFL IMO

 Huge fan of both of them. Neither are the top 2 QBs of all time though but I also think it will come down to that.

 What do you base ability/talent on? A-Rod is a God, don't get me wrong, but Dan Marino had incredible ability. I'd also throw Brett Favre's pure talent up there as well.
