NBA Refs suck

I think it was even worse that when the foul was called on the first 3 with about a minute to go they originally called it a shooting foul so I don’t understand how they reversed the call and the second total no foul was horrible Rudy clearly fouled him

PG13 should've been at the free throw line for 3. I've seen Dwyane Wade do this tons of times during his career getting a foul call almost every time.

Jumping into Defender while Shooting If an offensive player with the ball can draw his defender into their air (for example, on a pump fake), and he then jumps into the defender while taking a shot, a shooting foul is called automatically. However, if the defender is moving to his side, it is not a foul unless the contact is more than marginal (that is, it’s not automatic). If the contact is more than marginal, the foul is deemed the fault of the offensive player and an offensive foul will be called.

that was an offensive foul on george. You can't pump and jump into a defender, in 2016 they ruled that move as an offensive foul. Regardless of whether or not it is always called one, a no call is the proper call.

they need a rule change. you should be able to review judgement calls like that and overrule or overturn a call that was that bad in teh final 2 mins. ABsolute horrendous calls. surprised they made it to thte garage unharmed.

PG was clearly shooting when Joe Ingles fouled him on that three point attempt with about a minute to go. I don't know why they called a side out. Terrible call imo. No idea what the refs saw there. But I think that the no call on the PG three point attempt at the end of the game was the correct decision. If you look closely at the replay you will see PG jump to his right into Gobert trying to initiate contact. According to league rules that is either a no call or an offensive foul. I think that they got that one right.

And look, the Jazz had bad calls and decisions go against them in the series too. According to league rules Westbrook shouldn't have even been able to play in game 5. In game 4 he left the bench/sideline during an altercation. Which according to league rules should have resulted in "automatic suspension in the next game". But it's Westbrook so the NBA let it slide. In game 5 Rudy Gobert was called for one of the most ridiculous phantom fouls I've ever seen. Look up the video of his 4th foul in game 5. It's ridiculous lol. In the end both teams suffered from some poor officiating.

Definitely the no call on a foul against PG 13 cause the Thunder had a good shot to win that game if they called the foul.

Refs only call foul on James Harden's stunt acting.

Not if the Pacers foul him...or if they run a different play because of the different scenario...or if the momentum is different, which it wouldve been...

Don't forget about that no call shot clock violation in Bucks Celtics. We lost about 20 seconds because of it, idk if we would've won but how can you miss that call? Refs have been so poor this year

smotpokers

The no call on Paul George combined with the no call on the fouls that followed were some of the worst stuff I've ever seen. I don't wanna say it cost them the game because they had plenty of chances to win before that but it had a huge impact on the game

paul george's three was the most obvious foul on a jumper i've ever seen, but refs just don't call anything on those late in games
