Series 3 was added to Madden Ultimate Team today which includes new level rewards, player items, sets, solos, and missions. The maximum MUT level has been increased from 60 to 70 and all Series 2 Trophies have been converted to Series 3 Trophies (100 S2 Trophies=50 S3 Trophies). A new Collectible for Coach Madden can be found in the Store for 1,000 Series 3 Trophies (5 total). Check below for a breakdown of what's new in each category:

Level Rewards

The following rewards are unlocked at each new level:

Level 61- Unlock 2 different packs in the store.
-Offensive Pack: Costs 14,000 Coins or 890 Training. Choice of an 85 Core Elite Offensive Player.

Masters

The new Series 3 Competitive Master is Devin McCourty. He can be acquired through the Store for 2,000 Series 3 Trophies or 1,050 Series 3 Trophies for his NAT version.

MUT 20 Level Master Torry Holt can now reach 94 OVR. Level Master Upgrade Tokens are earned at MUT levels 63 and 68.

Series Redux

With each Series update, the LTD player items in the previous Series will be available in packs as non-LTDs. The non-LTD player items will have different borders/stamps and the LTD icon will be removed. The player item will no longer quicksell for 250,000 coins but quicksell for the appropriate amount of training based on the player items Overall (OVR). If you already have a LTD item from a previous Series, it will be unaffected by this update. The following list of LTD player items from Series 1 and 2 are now available in packs:

77+ OVR Most Feared Player: Exchange 5x 75-79 OVR players to earn a random 77+ OVR Most Feared Player.
Skill Material: Exchange 1x 70-74 OVR player to earn a Skill Crafting Material.
5x Skill Materials: Exchange 5x 70-74 OVR players to earn a fantasy pack containing 5x Skill Crafting Materials.
Crafting Materials Fantasy: Exchange 5x 75-79 OVR players to earn a fantasy pack containing your choice of 1x Strength, Speed, or Perception Material.
5x Crafting Materials Fantasy Pack: Exchange 25x 75-79 OVR players to earn a fantasy pack containing your choice of 5x Strength, Speed, or Perception Materials.
90-91 OVR Mut Hero: Exchange 2x 89-90 OVR players to earn a random 90-91 OVR Hero.

There are two new solo sequences available in the Level Challenges section:

• Comeback Kid: 4 Challenges, MUT Level 63 required
• Air Raid: 4 Challenges, MUT Level 68 required

Journey Part 2

Journey Part 2 was released today with Series 3 and includes the following solo sequences:

• 1963-1983: 15 Challenges, 60 possible Stars, Earn up to 9,000 Coins.
• 1984-2001: 18 Challenges, 72 possible Stars, Earn up to 10,800 Coins.
• 2002-2018: 17 Challenges, 68 possible Stars, Earn up to 10,200 Coins.
