I dont get why anyone would let this card see the field. 94 speed isn’t that fast, plus our slowest starting receiver is Kirk who can get up to 94 as well

I'm not sure why EA has made an exception for only him. Some of the legends like Darnell Dockett doesn't get 9'ers chem and he didn't play a down

No, muthead is wrong. They have to play at least one snap on the team in order to get the chem
