I didn't buy 19, and this guy covers a lot of the reasons why.

I for one probably wouldn't join. I already have enough subscriptions to other things to add another. I think this would eliminate the more casual fans.

My favorite was when a guy was showboating in a Squads game against me and doing that stupid high-stepping thing parallel to the goal line. One of our defenders came back and rocked him, causing a fumble that we recovered. It turned out to be a turning point in the game and we came back to win.

You can also make the coaching adjustment to put ball carriers on "conservative." Supposedly they won't break as many tackles, but they'll fumble less. I use it all the time now and have definitely noticed a decrease in fumbles.

I think they should have an online component as part of becoming a MUT Master (MUT Master implies mastering all aspects of the game), but maybe have two ways to reach that requirement. Using the current NTL requirements as an example, maybe you can meet the online requirement by either winning 50 games, or by just playing in 100 games. If you win better than 50% of the time, you'll reach the 50 games quicker than the 100. I would also add the requirement of playing 100 games just doesn't mean you can do the kickoff and then quit out of the game 100 times, but you have to at least play two complete quarters before conceding to get credit for playing the game.   This would accomplish two things. 1) You would have less people conceding so early when one thing goes against them, and 2) the better players would still meet the requirement quicker. If someone goes 50-25 (75 games), they'll get there faster than someone who goes 25-75 (100 games).   For the time being, my advice for those with connection problems is to just play as a head coach in squads and hope you get hooked up with a couple of competent people.
