They cycle through it seems. I know it doesn’t benefit new players if a guy was in MUT in the past, but if they just used the same guys every year, the mode would go (even more) stale. Plus, I would imagine there’s a limited budget the MUT team is given to pay former players, so it’s not like they can just keep adding to the ‘roster’, so to speak. As a Giants fan, I’m honestly bored of LT and Strahan every year. Jeremy Shockey has been in the game a few times, and I wouldn’t be excited if he returned. It was nice to see Cruz and Tyree last year. Great to see Carson this year. Now give me Ottis Anderson, Carl Banks, Mark Bavaro, Plaxico Burress, Tiki Barber, Brandon Jacobs, Justin Tuck to name a few.
