When I look on it doesnt maybe cause I havent powered him up that far yet. So basically the power up cards upgrade as the player gets new cards during the year? I have my Edmunds maxed out will he have a chance to go higher? Sorry didnt get it this year till Christmas and havent been big in mut in few years.
