As far as wrs go. You want to move then around where you're going to get the most out of them. You want to use subs or packages to get you deep threat running routes over 20 yds ect. Like post c routes, streaks fades cos they will be the best at those routes. Other outside wr is just dependent on what you need out of him if they go all over the field or stay short and medium you can use pretty much any type you just want 90 short and medium route running. Deep is just a plus. Slot doesn't go deep a lot but you need someone who can hold the on to the ball over the middle. Usually runs short and medium routes. Slot o matic is great even if you meet the thresholds because it boosts catching. Slot CB early year Rod Woodson was great because he can stuff the run, hit hard, tackle, bsh, and cover. I still use him but need to upgrade cos his speed can't keep up anymore. Think of it as a mix between a ss and cb as a hybrid if you can get that type of player, but its also OK if you just have a cover guy who stops the run, but lacks hit power cos hit power isn't doing much this year lol

Some of this maybe out dated as now if you don't make coaching adjustments your CB1 will play on the right side of the field and cB2 on the left. I personally value more speed on right side of the field as thats usually where people stick their deep threat. I don't feel I need as much speed on the left cos they are usually covering a bulkier wr. If not just adjust as needed.

I feel like they are trying to kill farms with all these full games and ridiculous requirements. They probably didn't think about if that would cause them to lose interest from casual players and likely push away some people that play every year. Hopefully this approach backfires on them and they ease up a little bit.
