The game is, in general, much more multi-faceted. If you're a hardcore gamer, there never is "nothing to do" on this app. H2H, the new Seasons, Masters Series, Gems, and League Help show that EA has at least a desire to better the game. Also, communication, although still quite imperfect, is improving. It seems like problems are getting solved quicker.
