The main reason I went to EA help was on the suggestion by the GCs. I was like ok, I’ll get the help ticket in right away...

Since I do not see this problem posted here I’ll go ahead and do it. On Tuesday the 24th of December multiple users (myself being one of them) attempted to redeem the NFL Top 100 94 select pack (I did this at approx 4pm to make sure I was well past the update time). There were no receivers from the Saturday 21 December release in the pack which was the entire point for me of holding all those golden footballs for weeks.  A fix would be greatly appreciated.

So of course I replied to this letting them know I had done all of their so called “fixes” and that it was not an issue on my device. I also informed them multiple users across diff platforms had this issue. They then responded with this: Thanks for writing back. First, I want to apologize for the inconvenience caused due to this issue and all hassle that you have faced throughout the conversation. I sincerely apologize for the same. Being a gamer myself can relate to your concern and would like to inform you that I have just consulted this with the specialist team and came to know that it might be a bug in the game. I really appreciate for bringing this to our notice. I've forwarded it further to studio team to further look into this. We at EA customer service make every attempt to resolve each issue, but sometimes a resolution is simply not possible due to problems beyond our control as only the studio team can fix the bugs/glitches so I have forwarded it to them to investigate with the bug in the game. We hope to have this bug resolved for you as quickly as possible. For your inconvenience, please accept my personal apology that this problem has affected you.

For guys like me that purchased the pack on Tuesday Sans receivers and were then advised to put in a help ticket to EA here is the idiotic response I got today. Mind you this is after responding to them asking for screenshots (which I provided of the pack, Screenshot on the statement on the redemption screen about new players on Tuesdays, and screenshots of what was in the pack) And even after talking to them on the phone explaining the problem: Thank you for writing back. My name is Aman and I would assist you with Madden NFL Mobile today.   I really appreciate you for providing all the requested information.    As it was described the event should be available on Tuesday, there might be a sync issue with the game. Please perform following troubleshooting steps to fix the issue.   1. Update your device software 2. Check for App updates 3. Install another App from the App Store
