Is it really most common? On PS4 I have 3 of each of the others and 2 of him. On PC I have 2 of the falcons 1 sparkly and 1 Brady.

Random is horrible from my experience. After I quit doing that I started pulling ultimates when I stick to rerolls on the big egg roll. It's definitely hot and cold for me. I got 2 ultimates back to back at one point.
