It doesn't, specialists and special teams don't other than Kicker and Punter. Not even kickoff specialist or kick returner count I'm fairly sure. Realistically just choose the fastest available unless you want an ability like identifier on the field, as cjhendu78 said.

Got him for my Bears TT, paid more like 460k but that's fine, just a better version of the Justin Fields I had. (Hurts had that NFC TA card so he gets bears chem lol)
