I took white, absolute dawg. Who cares about overall he is the fastest linebacker in the game and goes zoom zoom all over the field.

I run a 3-4 with Shazier and White in the middle spots. I always user one or the other but one thing that obviously stands out about White is his speed. He flies around the field and makes tackles from all angles. He is one of the few that hasn't been thrown to the dirt by Bo Jackson (yet) and I have enjoyed using him thus far. He tackles well when he gets to the ball carrier but he has not stood out when I don't user him. No incredible plays in the run game or big plays in pass coverage. If you are in a 4-3 and only use one MLB I would likely trade Shazier for one of the other options because white is the best gauntlet pick by far but there are other captains that could bring great value outside Shazier. The only thing I would say to keep in mind is that Herman Moore will be released later in the game as a legend and Shazier is unattainable outside of the captain program.
