Is there a way to get Legend components without using program stamina?

What they have done is compelled us to login every 2 hours to get 50 stamina. Passive stamina is now nerfed. They are looking to get their hooks into us more and feed the obsession to play. Total manipulation

I am in the process of exploring my options with apple. I don't want something I don't deserve, but if the MC that comes as part of the FP had no value they shouldn't have Included it or at the very least stated what they did today about the future of MC
