Ok maybe "Predetermined" is not the term we should use.  I like the word "Heavily Favored".  This should clear up any "what happens if the opponent quits or disconnects". I also wonder if the "Random" disconnections are actually random and not thrown in to make your level go down and give the opponent a easy win.
