I have used his powerup at a 92 for a few months now. I have the hot route master and pocket deadeye abilities on him with Fearless X-Factor. Negatives: Immobile Fumble if touched while diving Slow release Can't break a sack. Ever. Positives: He can get the pocket deadeye ability so he is incredibly accurate Good enough throw power to throw a deep ball/rarely underthrows Rarely ever throws an inaccurate pass Can resist pressure pretty well All in all if you are looking for an accurate pocket passer Powered Up Troy with Pocket Deadeye is your guy. I don't encourage trying to go deep with him as your QB very often just because of that slow release.
