Yes, let’s give a card to a player who already has a gold 99 GOLDEN TICKET before players who haven’t gotten an upgrade since November. Oh, and just for shits and giggles, let’s not give him a single packers card art, one of the only reasons anyone would use this 99 over the other. -EA logic
