Hey Madden Ultimate Team Community, On Monday, we heard reports that players were not getting their rewards for the "Beat All 3 Squads Challenges" Week 29 Objective List Task requirement. After the development team identified the issue, they pushed out a fix to address the problem so that additional players would not be impacted and started working on a make-right for those that experienced the issue. Our development team recently processed a make-right for those players that completed the objective list requirement above on Monday, February 18th from 10:35AM to 4:33PM ET. Players should now have received the correct reward from completing this objective list task: A choice between 5 Series Trophies or a Premium Gold Pack. Hey Madden Ultimate Team Community, Earlier this morning when the NFL Offseason program launched, players were able to purchase team builder packs. Shortly after launch, we realized there was an issue with certain Team Builder packs giving incorrect content. Once we identified the issue, we fixed it in game. The incorrect content that was provided is below: Texans Pack giving Titans player items Titans Pack giving Vikings player items The above packs could be pulled out of the following packs below: Team Builders 80-83 Fantasy Pack Team Builders 86-89 Fantasy Pack Team Builders 92-95 Fantasy Pack Team Builders Mid Fantasy Pack Those players that picked the Texans and Titans Packs will be receiving a make-right of another pack. The Season Rollover is set to happen on Tuesday, February 12th at 12:00AM PST/3:00AM ET. This is to say that that the last day of the qualifiers will be Monday, February 11th 9PM PST/12PM ET.At this time, everything will rollover to the Pre-Season 3 setup. Hey Madden Ultimate Team Community, Every couple of weeks, our team updates the MUT Draft Player pool with the latest players. We wanted to let you know that today (Wednesday, February 6th) will be the last MUT Draft update for 3 weeks, instead of the normal 2 weeks. The reason this is the case is because online eliminations run in MUT Draft from February 21st to February 25th and we do not want to disrupt the balance of teams with an update on February 20th (the day before the eliminations). We will start the MUT Draft Player pool update back again on February 27th. One final thing, today, February 6th, we will be introducing the first iteration of the Stud Round (Round 19). This round has the top-tiered players currently available in MUT Draft, and guarantees 1 Defensive positions within this round. KRAELO

Hey Madden Ultimate Team Community, Please find below an explanation from the MUT Development Team on the reason for the Emergency Maintenance earlier today that impacted players across all platforms. __ Overnight a key database server that handles reward granting failed, allowing some Xbox One users who had pending rewards to enter into a state where those rewards were issued repeatedly. When the team discovered the issue, we immediately took down Ultimate Team to triage and diagnose the problem. Once we were certain that PC and PS4 users were unaffected, we restored service to those platforms. We have now restored service to Xbox One as well. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that this issue has caused. Restoring service to Ultimate Team was our priority; however, we must also tackle the content this issue generated. Alongside restoring service, we have removed the Rings currency from users who received more than they should while the issue was live. Unfortunately, it appears as though some users actively exploited the issue while it was live. Upon evaluation, we have banned from the Auction House a limited number of the most egregious cases of this exploit. This ban lasts through the duration of the Super Bowl program, or until we can audit these banned accounts to correct for the exploit, whichever comes first.
