I have almost completed the set and I don't know who to put in for the 96-97 ovr WR slot. My 3 WRs are 99 TO, 97 Keenan Allen, and 96 Tyreek Hill. Would I be better off putting Allen or Hill in the set?

Similar thing happened to me a couple days ago. I didn't check the muthead prices before I bought a player, and I ended up buying him for 50k more than he was worth.
