They aren’t ‘doing’ any of those things. The broken game is. That doesn’t absolve them of responsibility. “May update, change, or Modify” implies intent. There is nothing “intentional” about this. Their legal covering won’t save them from this shit show. Ask battlefront.

Section 4 does not address removed CP etc. these are BUGS and consequentially, false advertisement. How anyone can defend this broken mess is beyond me. It’s like they’ve never played an actual quality game in their life. Enjoy enabling them so nothing ever gets fixed, if they don’t give us a miracle make right in two days I’m getting a refund.

Go to Xbox.com/refund or call Microsoft customer service directly. They will sort it out for you with all the complaints they are getting. They helped me.

Contact them directly if your account is in good standing they will definitely make it right. My customer service lady told me to call in a couple days with my # and they’ll give me a refund if it doesn’t go thru. I told her I was waiting to see how they would address I just wanted to make sure the option is available. It is. Especially with the complaints they are getting.
