This is just sad.....

I'm obviously missing something - I come up with a much lower number of max badges. You would need 99 pit stop badges which need 198 85's. (You need 45 85's for one max badge). Then you need a total of 15 95's. You need 5 95's for 2 max badges. So that to me is more like 4 badges worth of 85's and 6 badges worth of 95's. What am I doing wrong?

Agree, really don't understand this new event at all. The purpose of the fireworks is to speed up the cool down for a this event....just seems silly to create fireworks and then this is the event it speeds up.    Not even complaining just bewildered/confused about the logic.

As bad as the master are, and the Rudolph vs Santa banner joke (how are you going to get 25 of these....) to me the real issue is the promo just isn't fun or imaginative. The bad master can help me evolve my 100s but there really isn't that much to do with the long cool downs and the one blitz event.   And, yes the presents could be great, Christmas Day could be great, New Year's could be great....lots of "coulds" here. Why not just make a good, interesting promo that you can grind/play and enjoy for the month rather than something that we all don't like for 90% of the promo period, with a chance it gets turned around at the end. I will continue to play and not beat on EA, but really don't understand their thinking in designing a promo like this.

The communications have been much better this year....not even close.   I do strongly agree with several of the points above. The ramp up sounds great but in practice it just means to ignore the start of the promotion or hoard things and wait. Much better to lay it all out, let people discuss strategies and then work toward the goals. A few surprises along the way are great but having the "real" or "best" part of the promo soooo heavily weighted at the end takes away from the overall promo in my opinion.   AND, the point about playing this all day on a holiday is valid. Expecting folks to grind all day on Thanksgiving or Christmas to get the benefit of the promo just isn't a good practice.

If EA changes the requirements you should be able to trade in for your captain patches.   The idea is you look at the requirements and choose the captain.  EA making the change to Bakhtiari blows him up for me. Sure if no run challenges I can get the 8, but if I need to run the ball some, 8 is very, very difficult. This is the kind of change that drives players crazy.   EA wants us to play OD, but this is the kind of change that makes you just throw in the towel on that aspect of the game. Totally unnecessary.

I have had plenty of complaints with EA but this isn't one of them. Easy to stockpile between Training Camp and Donald...I wasn't behind but if I was this would have been a big help. These always have timers, go both routes when you can and stockpile.

Today have had it crashing in Arena multiple times...yes, I used the 25 stamina just to keep building cards but have to stop now because it crashes every 3-4 opponents. Shows as a forfeit. Stability has really taken a dive in the last week or two. This is in iOS, up to date software/phone.   Also, this week several league members have had crashes in lvl as soon as they start a drive.

Ericmm...it is a bug, click on the blue HOF OD pack to the left on the screen - it shows the rewards you should get once you get to HOF.

Rshoots - was I pissed off on Aug 11 - you bet I was (with good reason). Simply no excuse for OD to have the exact same fan issue as last year.  On top of that OD is an important part of this season after EA suggested it would be minimal (or something along those lines).   As for your post above, simply unnecessary. You do seem to think you are some sort of moral authority whose mission is to tell others how to behave. You can disagree with all of my negative posts, and I was certainly over the top on HSD. However, today I asked a simple straightforward question as PeeWee said. I did look at the first couple of pages of post today after being off for a week and didn't see any heading on my topic. All you had to do was ignore it. Instead, you decided it was an opportunity to start this nonsense. I am done with this post.  Phfreed answered my question in a very straightforward way shortly after I posted it.
