I don't blame you. I have steadily less and less fun with the game each year for the past 3 years. Pretty much all set with it, don't care how much I love football, if the game isn't fun I don't need to play it.

Not excited at all for M22. Probably not even going to buy it.

I'm on Xbox as well, stopped playing Madden months ago, trust me you won't miss it. If there's any other games you want to get into, maybe we will have a shared interest in one and can buddy up? I heard Dying Light 2 comes out in a few months, for example, and I know I really liked the 1st one.. let me know, feel free to shoot a PM if you'd like!

You have other options for football too. Fire up ESPN 2k5 or a different year Madden that you like and create your own rosters however you want.

Simple solution - don't play, and don't buy the next one. Poof, problem solved. I stopped in early February, have not missed it even once, try it, feels great.

Regs is regular teams. You can play online games against others using the authentic NFL teams, thats what Regs refers to.

2.4/10. Only got the game because my buddies were playing squads and wanted a 3rd. Got it in late November/ early December. Was done playing by early February.

I'd go next gen, because pretty sure it's not possible for it to be worse than current gen.

I think about how bad the gameplay is, it becomes very easy after that.
