EA rep has confirmed it was not intended honors players get those boosts in first place, so they "fixed" it.

Which exact event you have problem with? I found so many occasions when it didnt work first but then i checked through edit lineup and found that game autosubbed some players (sometimes unnecessary) so it didn't match key requirements. Like in one of journey events it required level.30 player or so, as well as some particular positions rank/level. Couldn't believe when game autosubbed level 30 player to many other positions wherever was available, replacing the one I particularly needed. Also last events on every journey stage require to have all afc or nfc players no matter which lineup you try, not allowing me to put let's say AFC punter into such NFC event for getting a key.

I am not trying 4-15 because my players are not rare but epics, but I recently found with other journey events that EA algorithm is very picky for positions. Like uncommon WR wasn't counted when it was in flex spot. You might try to check if RB is not in FB spot and that TE is not in flex spot... finally check through edit lineup that required players are not auto swapped out...

Have you won the game in one attempt? If you force close you may have resumed with main team or with another player instead of him... this auto insert players algorithm on EA side is quite dumb so first option is surely checking if he is on your team when you actually play the event.

Oh yes, say hello to 10k power teams in arena 2. Such posts are pointless. Hopefully arena changes from today will distribute players differently among tiers.

Update - bug only if you click on player in roster management. It works properly if you click on player you want to level up in lineup directly.

Will it block getting current leaderboard rewards in more than 1? If so, would it be better not to play during last day? Would make more sense to apply it from arena leaderboard reset...
