My guess is servers are crap. I had fiber internet with a wired connection and would drop 2-3 every week. I moved two weeks ago and had to go with super slowed down connection of 50mbps since fiber was not available. I have not dropped one game in two weeks. Waiting for Xfinity to get my connection back to 500mbps. We will see how that works out.

Definitely shouldn't always go to straight to the defender. Defender shouldn't catch it every time either. Plenty of bobbles by defenders not ready for a ball coming their way on real Sunday games.
