Pretending you aren't just trolling, it's the best way to start a franchise while the season is going along. They "normally" let you play all the real games with current rosters as an exhibition game, and then you can continue and jump right into a franchise at that point. So if you want real rosters and accurate records any given week, its awesome. Accept when they BS it. Last year I think they did it once every few weeks. This week they did no updates until Week 10, and none since....
