I would go with Rams and Cardinals because the Rams have the best TT D-Line and Cardinals for secondary

If you don’t use offense then fill your offense with theme team players mixed with a god squad defense to boost some of your defensive players. For example, if you fill your offense with cardinals players then you can get +4 speed on cards like Patrick Peterson, DRC, and NTL

I get 18-20 wins each weekend league and I have a Seattle theme team with Russ (improviser) at QB and run 335 Nickel wide with three coverage linebackers on defense (Wagner, Mills, KJ Wright). I just had to learn to adapt to those players and run a unique zone scheme
