I haven't played a single OD match in almost 11 months.  I'll grit my teeth and play the OD Masters events, but no reward is worth the joyless slog of ranked OD.  Life is too short.

I pulled an 83 punter and a leaguemate pulled an 84 kick returner.   No Luck sightings.

I did the event around 15 times with no luck, but a leaguemate pulled one.

I've completed the training camp twice without encountering that issue, so rest assured that it shouldn't be permanently broken for you.  Clearing the cache should work.  Good luck.
