At the moment, I have HaHa in at FS to activate R&R T5 and PF T4 and Night Train activates Tip Drill for me.  I am torn between Toughness (I am T5, but would never use the Chems, but I think this would produce the best version of him), PF ( IMO the second best Chen for him and I may or may not be able to use it at some point), and R&R (which I believe would produce the third best version of the three, but the Chems could be useful). Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I merged my accounts and have had it on for a couple of hours now.  Nothing here either. Did I miss something?

Thanks for all of the advice.  I believe that I am going to go with toughness, the added strength and speed should make it worthwhile.

It just popped up.  It just seemed like such an EA thing to do.
