No they shouldn't want them to be all 99. But they should have at least some stats that are 99. That's the whole point. 99s are supposed to be the best. So why would none of their stats show that they're the best? If I look to get a 90 overall card it should have some stats that are at least a 90. If you create the cheap 92 overalls quarterbacks in the creation center do you know what their actual overall is? 86/87. Meaning that you're thinking you're pulling packs for a 92 when really you're just getting an 86. This night train is really good but he comes out to a 97 overall. Why wouldn't they just say he's a 97? Because stupid people will pay more for a 98.

Just because he looks better than every card doesn't mean he has the ratings to be a 98. EA could easily give a card all 80 stats and say it's a 90 but it very obviously isn't. If you compare him to 98's from previous madden's he doesn't compare. Unless it's another card that obviously shouldn't have been a 98.

Also he doesn't have that high of awareness. His awareness is 93 so your argument is invalid here.

But having high awareness and low everything else shouldn't make a player seem like a high overall. Just because you're fine with EA doing this doesn't mean they should. He definitely is the best corner in the game. But he still shouldn't be a 98 overall. Rather than just bringing his awareness up to make it a 98 why not give him actual stats that are a 98?

Yes, this card does have some fumbling issues, but in my opinion the risk is worth it. With jukebox he jukes out everyone and even if they do touch him he breaks tackles like crazy. I would definitely reccomend running along the sidelines with him for the most part so you can go out of bounds against good hard hitting safeties. As long as you don't run him up the gut I think he can make a great addition to any team

This card is absolutely incredible. Not only is he a turnover machine but he also has enough athleticism to turn those turnovers into automatic points. Highly recommend for a budget squad or a newer team.
