YOU really don't know what you are speaking about. You have this illusion that people running certain plays do not understand football logic, but that would be generally false. This cool down method is nothing but a cheap band aid. No one should favor a forced play call system. I will look forward to the complaints by people supporting this method of forced play calling once these same "cheese" players put together a string of 6 or so dominant play rotations and still beat the same people happy about such a play call band aid. Bill Belichick runs systems of plays using formations and slight variations; he is not making huge changes, though may give different "looks" he is not re-inventing the wheel. Happens a lot where a fast player, by speed, is caught be a slower player. Yet I can run Zeke Elliot with sub 90 speed and out run faster defenders. It is because there is more to separation from pursuers than just speed. I find Ball Carrier vision, for example, much more important than many would consider.
