Sup Muthead, so you've probably seen me around around a bit. First year on MUT, this game is way hardermore complicated then I thought so I'm still figuring out some stuff. I went ahead and spent about 150ish K to get my team to decentish (81 Ovr). I decided I want to run a 3-4 bc idk, i think more LBs are better. So I've got the bears playbook, and am kinda looking to run a pressure heavy 3-4. What should I be looking for in my positions? Um, ok so this is my first year playing MUT (long time mobile guy) and Im still learning many parts of the game. BUT, I have the Panthers Offense bc they are my fav team, and they are very PA and run heavy. They have a few decent passing formations that aren't PA, but its a lot of PA stuff. So mybe look into that one?

Alright, so this is my first year on MUT. Got the game about a week ago, have been trying to learn the ropes. Here is what i've managed to put together through grinding the Campaign, enough rookie Gauntlet to do 1 master (bc the back half of each set of challenges look near impossible for someone like me with almost no skill, lol), and a few AH Purchases (Watson and Tevin Coleman).   I have 150 k, should I save, spend, or somewhere in between? Please let me know any nice budget pickups, or guys that would just be really good to have. Thanks man, really appreciate the insight. I think I've got a decent direction on where I'm trying to go. Realizing it's going to take a lot more practice and time then maybe I orignally thought, but that's part of the fun. I tried some online today for the first time and got smacked around by 2 god squads...does everyone who plays online have stacked, close to best possible teams? BC i barely hit 80 overall lol.

Hey everyone,   So after many years of playing strictly on mobile, I finally have a xbox 1 and picked up madden 19 on Sunday. I've been playing a lot, and really enjoying it. I do however, have a lot of questions (and probably noob ones too, lol). I'm not asking anyone to spend tons of time answering all of them, but if anyone could maybe even answer 1 or 2 or point me to a thread that could help, I would appreciate it.   1. Playbooks: So I chose the panthers as my team to start, so I believe I am running their playbook. Is there any way I can switch, and would it be beneficial too? I do like their playbook, seems geared towards running and TE routes.   2. Defense play calls: How do I know what to call when. I can't say I'm super familiar with  lot of the defensive formations. Looks like my base formation is a 4-3, but it also gives me an option for a 5-2. Then nickel and dime and such. And also, what is the best category to call plays under? By formation? Or countering a certain type of play? Or using the suggested plays?
