Not saying you’re wrong, just that you’re being overly harsh. And every time there is a promo, there is also a push for new players to buy Madden. Or they got it for a Christmas. Those are people who buy the bulk of the packs would be my guess.

Did you not understand above where I said I only buy GAP and All-Pro? Why would I buy crappy bundles when I already have tier 30 just from daily objectives and completed sets? Smh.

I won’t disagree that the packs are a bad value, but I think saying that EA “prey(s) on the weak” is melodramatic to the point of absurdity. EA is not selling the means of life. They’re charging as much as they can get for a completely unnecessary product intended to help people with means pass their free time. Doing less would not only be anti-capitalistic, it would negatively affect the value of cards you own. I learned this year that the only packs worth the money/coins are GAP and All-Pro. So I don’t buy any other kind because I have millions of coins and better options. If I were just buying the game now, I’d buy packs to catch up whatever the value. In any case, my point is that you seem to be far too bothered by this. Take a step back, understand that 95% of the world’s population is too poor to even afford a luxury like NMS Madden- so the “weak” don’t have Madden in the first place- and relax.

Always been a heavy computer user (and tech), but didn’t buy a serious gaming console after the original Nintendo and Sega until a few years ago. Now I play Madden on xBox for hours a day (the only game I play). I enjoy the collecting, selling and coin-making more than the gameplay, but it’s great for relaxing.

81s and 85s have a higher coin/snow ratio (9-10 and 7-8), making it more valuable to get coins for them if you can afford to hold off. You can quicksell, but selling and buying higher cards for cheaper snow is twice as valuable.
