Do you have his FB card? Maybe he's getting subbed in at WR and CB/SS that way.

If you haven't done the UL solos yet some of them reward cards you could sell or QS for training.

There's a tackling drill in the tutorials where they teach you how to do this, it's basically a turbo out of strafing.

I think his catching stats will be a bit lacking compared to Deion, Woodson, based off his previous cards so wouldn't expect him to get the best jump ball / CIT animations but maybe his jump stats will help with that.

If you haven't done all the ultimate legends solos you can get coins and TP (some of the challenges reward UL set cards) from doing those or combine solos for NAT rewards you could exchange up and QS or sell. Also if you've been putting cards into sets as you get them you could pull those out and sell / QS and put it towards a set you're closer to finishing.

I think you have to call your play out of nickel normal but then you can audible to other nickel formation plays.

Have him as SS1 then run nickel SS-LB sub package.
