As many have said, pros and cons. Con: My theme team isn't as good (87 vs 89) as my last BPA team before I switched in terms of OVR, but I feel like it actually plays better. Still, if OVR matters to you, BPA will always be better. Pro: Not chasing the newest new hotness every week. Team chem constraints make it easy to plan which players you want, and that plan stays relatively stable week-to-week. While I kind of enjoy grinding GAP in a way (NMS), I was doing way too much of it. Now I don't.

A Cortez Kennedy Legend sounds pretty good to me. Man's in the HoF, and won DPoY on a 2-14 team, is it really that much of a stretch? Still need to do something about LE, too. Cliff Avril throwback, maybe? He was a bad, bad man in his own right.

If you're patient and aggressive about what you sell off you can get there with 100k in seed coins, but it's going to take a while. 300-400k is better if you can swing it - lets you get it done fairly "quickly" (still by no means quick) and sell off the good pulls at your leisure to recoup most of your seed.

How dare they spam that one play that your preferred defense is worthless against, amirite? (ETA: yeah, I think that's boring, too. But then again, you could fix that by calling a different play on D to counteract it, also.)

Holy... Thanks dude! Guess I just assumed the PU's weren't particularly valuable because there's no clear path to future upgrades and the training cost to power them up all the way up is so prohibitive....

Interesting. I was thinking of doing a similar post, so I kept track of my pulls the other night. For the most part, these check with that though I was seeing a much more even distribution of low silver/high silver/low gold. Thanks for sharing!

Years and years ago, maybe. Nowadays it just doesn't seem worth it. Thought about setting up a second account for GAP grinding just to keep my binder from getting cluttered up, but no point in that if they're cracking down on everything that even vaguely resembles unsanctioned cash for coins.

Going for door #3, actually: Roddy White. Decided my DBs and O-line (the other upgrades I was looking at) were at least serviceable, but WR wasn't getting it done during my WL games. Thought about Tyreek, but I just don't throw that many bombs and White should be better (higher SRR/MRR/RLS/CIT) for the routes I tend to run.

Used the first on Kittle, second will be either Donald or Atwater. Haven't decided whether I want to sell my Garrett to make incremental upgrades at a couple positions or finally put the Epics Lott out to pasture. He's had a good run, but there are better options out there now.
