Deep out elite is for catching, route tech is faster cuts/speed boost on the cuts

At this point of the game any top end wr can be your slot, randy moss Megatron davante tyreek etc, they will all work well, though if you're running route tech I will say davante and Jerry ricecare almost always open off the cut
