Why did they take the option to buy the series 3 captain tokens out of the store. My son started playing at christmas and he had bought only one series 3 captain token and had plans to buy the rest as he earn more coins. Same thing on my second account, I hadn't purchased all the series 3 captain tokens. On my second account, I don't play enough to earn them so I just buy them as needed. To make sure I had not put them in the wrong order, I down graded and then carefully put them back in. 3 - Series 1 tokens 4 - Series 2 tokens 1 - Series 3 tokens I only had one series 3 token, so I should still be able to buy 2 more in the store. I know I had that option last week and I didn't quick sell any of the tokens. I hope EA fixes the store offer and put that series 3 token back into the store.

Finally got 5 stars on the challenge and received the 2 Chill Factor Tokens for the 350 Star reward giving me a 20 Chill Factor. Having a great kicker is not needed. I tried 3 different kickers - 87 Morten Andersen (K), 84 Brent Kern (P), 79 Dan Dailey (K). All three kickers, kicked the ball to about 20 yard line. Although, with Andersen, I almost got a kick bounce on the sideline and into the end zone. To do that you need the wind going in the direction of the kick and toward the side line. With a left footed kicker you want the wind going left. A right footed kicker the wind going to the right. Angle toward the numbers and sideline. However, I was never able to get this to work. To get 5 stars on this challenge, I created a new line up. I put my fastest players into the positions used for the kick off team with Andersen as the kicker. Need fast players who can get down the field and tackle the returner within 10 yards of the catch. Even with the custom lineup, I still had to wait for the wind to be in the right direction for my kicker to get the kick distance. Kickoff Team CB3 WR5 LOLB2 SS2 MLB2 K ROLB2 TE2 FB FS2 CB4

I been trying to get this 5 stars on this challenge for several days. I've probably done this challenge close to 50 or more times. I have Morten Andersen 87 OVR as the kicker, he doesn't kick it any further than my 79 OVR. I've get 4 starts but not 5. I think my backups are just not fast enough to get down the field to get the tackle. Any suggestions. I can't seem to get any bounce on the ball, the return always catches it out of the air. This is my last challenge to get 5 stars. I really need those last to Chill Factor rewards for 350 stars. I missed a few days during the week of christmas and was able to get all the chill factor tokens from daily missions and other options. If I can get 5 stars on this one, I should get 19 tokens and tomorrow get 1 more token for 10 daily missions. Thanks for any suggestions.

No Drops. I have followed the instructions EA posted. I've unlinked/linked my account several times and had no success. I contacted EA help and have not heard anything.

Over the weekend I tried to unlink/link my account and watched several streams. No luck with drops. Watch GMM this morning, no drops. I tried the unlink/link again and still no drops. Seems to still be an issue.

How do you relink your account. Where are the instructions.

Finally got 4 stars on the punting challenge after many attempts (25+ just today).    Been working on it for the past few days.  Had to Power Up Ray Guy to a 92.  I used one of my Power Up Passes to get the 92.  I can always downgrade to get the power pass and if needed some of the training points.  I figured it was cheaper to upgrade then to try to buy a punter with the kick power.   Even powered up, I still had to restart the challenge 10-15 times before I got a 6 mph tail wind.  Bounced over the returned and rolled to the end zone.

For several days I have been trying to 4 stars on this challenge. I watched several videos and read through many posts trying different plays and tricks. I tried several different stretch plays and I also tried the pass option with the pitch to a trailing WR. I couldn't get the pass option to work. I finally found a stretch play that seemed to get me 20+ yards every play, but I had to try several times till I finally broke one for a TD.      Setup: 96 Bo Jackson fully powered with 96 speed (I think any HB with 96 or better will work).      Play : Raiders > I-Form > Close Slot > HB Stretch (https://maddenfocus.com/play/74648)   Subs : (1) Sub Offensive Line Man for the TE (Run Blocker) (2) Sub inside WR with either TE (George Kittle) or blocking WR (JuJu Smith-Schuster)   Motion the inside WR across the formation and snap when they get just past the TE for extra blocking.

Current challenge is to spike the ball 4 times in a row.

I keep getting the error the EA Servers are not available.  This started last night and has continued through today.  Is anyone else noticed this issue in the past 24 hours?
