The exact same thing happened with my alt on a spare phone about 2 weeks ago. It was linked to FB, but neither logging in through the device nor through FB worked. I had to create a new account.

Update August 2020: The release of MM21 came with new hope for all of us waiting for the iPad issue to be fixed. Like a child at christmas I opened the App in hope that I would be able to see the entire width of the field. Surely EA would have taken the oportunity of fixing the iPad issue when developping a totally new App? With utter disapointment did Iwehave to realize that nothing had changed: Unfortunately, we still have cut off sides of the field on the iPad and are therefor not able to see our WR before the snap. Will we ever see the fix to this problem? We dont give up.

Absolutely, my focus is on the new season! It would be nice to know if EA managed to fix the problem in the new App.

July 2020 update: I have been updating this thread for 2 years now, and edited the initial post to keep a good overview about the progress of the discussion about this issue. Unfortunately all edited progress In the initial post has been erased. Until February 2020, Nick as the new community manager had my hopes up that something would actually be done about the cut off field o the iPad. As far as I understood, The issue was brought to the attention to the developers who could not find an easy fix but announced to look into it. Entering the last third of the season and the Focus of the developers turning towards the season and the new app, we have to look ahead now and hope that we can see the iPad issue being fixed at launch of MM21. I would appreciate any feedback from Nick or any developer about the progress of dealing with the issue.

Good question. With EA you never know. Based on how all the other boosts work, the stats will be reduced on every play. The name „RB Receiving“ is only a name not a condition. In the Front Office, the actual description says it reduces stats for HBs and FBs. (Not Limited to pass plays)

January Update:   Christmas came and went, New Years came  and went, it is 2020, a new year, a new decade and unfortunately the iPad issue has not been resolved.   We have not heard anything new on the topic from EA for 6 weeks now.   Meanwhile, the sides of the field are still cut off on an iPad, we still do not see our outside WRs on many plays.   @ea_messina Nick, please let us know what the status on the solving of this issue is.
