dont even acknowledge the haters about 2 years ago my family hosted a transgender student from New york for the holidays. we have always been open minded people, but no real expoure to the tans community. she was transitioning from a male to female, and had just revealed to her family and was stuggling with acceptance. it was very eye opening to see someone stuggling so much with thier own identity. anyway, i dont get the hate for someone else doing/being what makes them happy, especially when it doesnt come at someone elses expense.
