I’m in the same boat. Really sucks

The same exact thing happened to me a couple months ago. I was banned for no reason whatsoever. Got the run around from EA saying the ban was appropriate because i was cheating in online matches. (Defiantly wasn’t) i kept asking for more transparency but got nothing. About a month later I got my account back out of the blue with no explanation. Best of luck getting your accounts back

Thanks to everyone who took the time to read this or comment. What layd2rest said does sound like a possibility. I have been contacting ea every few days with no progress being made. It is unfortunate to say the least there is no way to talk directly with the TOS team. I will post on this thread with any and all updates.

Bouncer those thoughts go thru my head all the time. If I wasn’t so addicted to the game and loyal to my league mates it would be a no brainer, but I’ve played with some of these guys for like 6 years so it’s hard to just throw in the towel.

I went to Canada a couple weeks before the ban. I also did a new phone. I am linked to Facebook.  I think I would know if my account was hacked??
