I run the 46 playbook.  I only run 3-4 Bear, 46 Speed and Over G, so it works for me.  It has 3-3-5 Wide too if u like that.      If you're running 46 speed, remember that your slot and sub behind your #1 corners will be your LB and flat respectively.  I have Atwater and Berry there.  Since I play squads, I need to start guys there OOP.  If you are doing single player, you can make that adjustment in the depth chart after yhe game starts.     If you want a different playbook, I know Cincinnati has it, and pretty sure Baltimore too.     Hope this helps.
