He definitely is in position a lot of times to break up the ball or make picks which is nice and he is a nice run stopper at safety with his hit power and tackling. The only thing I miss from Krause was that Krause could make these CIT interceptions that Dix doesn't make sometimes but other than that it's a good card and I do enjoy him with his unfakeable.

I'd say sell the players. Currently they go for about 175k on average so selling all 3 would make more profit by 100k then making Calvin then selling him. I can't speak from personal experience as I haven't played with him, but I've heard many people say that Calvin drops open balls, drops a lot more balls than someone his overall should etc. His price along with all other snow beasts are starting to fall so maybe you could scoop him up later on once his price becomes more affordable to you.

EA support is a joke. Only a few out of all those representatives are actual competent people who actually know the game and are reasonable. I've had one person try to convince me that the trade block and auction house was not a thing.    I'd say just keep trying EA support with different people, it is an odd case in your situation but you'll be able to find someone who can help you eventually.

I'll buy it but maybe play more franchise if they improve it. Hopefully EA realizes how terrible this year has been for them and willing to make some changes. Therefore, I'll take the chance that they'll improve their gameplay, promos, pack luck, everything that's been pretty bad this year.
